At ColourYourEyes.com, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unopened and sealed contact lens packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the original factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and photos of the unopened products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure the lens vials or blister packs are not crushed during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seals and confirms the items are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
